I recently completed a job replacing a wall recessed laundry box with two new valves and reconnecting water and drain piping. I started by removing the old laundry box and disconnecting the water and drain lines. I then installed the new laundry box and reconnected the water and drain lines. I also tested the new valves to ensure they were working properly.

I used a drain machine with a 3/8” cable to unclog a kitchen sink drain. I inserted the cable into the drain and turned the machine on, which created suction and pulled the clog out of the pipe. I then removed the cable and inspected the drain to ensure it was clear.

I was called to a home to clean a secondary drain on a kitchen sink. I found that the trap was disconnected from the garbage disposal. I reconnected the trap and tested the drain. Water flowed great.

Call was for a broken shower valve. Homeowner previously tried to attempt to remove cartridge, the brass stem broke off making it less likely to repair. We were able to replace everything from the front without cutting behind the wall. New chrome trim with remodel plate was used.

Call was for a leaking 50 gallon power vent natural gas water heater. Took out an old Bradford White water heater and installed a new Bradford White. Reconnected natural gas line, installed a new ball valve cutoff, expansion tank, and reconnected to existing 3" flue in 2".

Replaced Glacier Bay tub and shower valve with a quality Moen Positemp tub and shower valve. Installed a Moen Magnetix shower handheld. Replaced the waste and overflow trim on the tub. Do eliminate the possibility of the homeowner being left with drywall work, we were able to include a 14"x14" access panel discreetly in a closet directly behind the tub.
